These limited Christmas Mini Sessions are offered just once each year and book quickly. With thoughtfully chosen locations and festive settings filled with holiday magic, these sessions are the perfect opportunity to document the wonder and joy of the season.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR MINI SESSION
A little preparation goes a long way in creating beautiful photos. Here are a few tips to help you make the most of your session:
Coordinate Your Outfits
Choose outfits that coordinate beautifully rather than matching exactly. Classic neutrals, soft creams, deep greens, rich reds, warm browns, and subtle winter tones photograph beautifully and create a timeless holiday look. Layers, cozy textures, and festive accessories like scarves, bows, cardigans, or boots can add warmth and personality to your images. Consider incorporating a touch of Christmas without going overboard. Think subtle plaid, velvet, knit textures, or seasonal colors. Avoid large logos, overly busy patterns, or bright neon colors that can distract from your family and the connection you’re creating together.
Arrive Early
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session time. Mini sessions are booked back-to-back, so arriving early ensures you receive your full session without feeling rushed.
Prepare Little Ones
Make sure children are well-rested and have had a snack before arriving. Bringing a favorite small toy or comfort item can also help if they need a quick break. Try to avoid promising rewards for smiling. Instead, let them know you're going to have fun spending time together.
Keep It Simple
Leave phones, keys, bulky bags, and water bottles in the car whenever possible. Bringing only the essentials helps keep your photos clean and allows everyone to focus on each other.
Relax and Have Fun
The best photos happen when you're simply enjoying your family. Don't worry about getting everyone to look at the camera the entire time. I'll guide you through natural poses and fun prompts that encourage genuine laughter, hugs, and connection.
After Your Session
Your gallery will be professionally edited and delivered within 7 days. From there, you'll be able to download your images, share them with family and friends, and order beautiful prints and products to enjoy for years to come.

DETAILS & INFORMATION
•15 minute session per family. For families over 6 people, please book an additional time slot.
•Total cost for Santa Minis is $250 with a $100 booking retainer, and $150 due the day before the session.
•Your choice of 3 edited images are included. You may purchase additional images for $15 each or the entire gallery for a discounted rate.
•Total cost for tree farm minis is $275 with a $50 booking retainer, and the remaining $225 due at the session.
•Your choice of 12 edited images are included with the session. You may purchase additional images for $15 each or the entire gallery for a discounted rate.
•Rights to printing and sharing the chosen images.
•Online gallery including high resolution edits delivered within 7 days after proofs are chosen.
•Ability to easily customize and order prints, wall art, & holiday cards straight from your gallery to be delivered to your door step!
DETAILS:
Just in case bad weather requires us to reschedule.
•For 11/07 the backup date will be 11/09
•For 11/13 the backup date will be 11/16
•For 11/14 the backup date will be 11/17
•For 11/21 the backup date will be 11/23
These are the only backup dates, so please keep them available. Please note that no refunds or additional session dates will be issued if you can not make the backup date.
REQUIRED BACKUP DATES:
•This is a busy time and minis are back-to-back, so please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of your session in order to keep everything running smoothly. If you are late, no additional time will be added to your session and a late fee may be charged.
•Please make sure you’re available for both the time you originally book, and the same time on the backup date. I can not guarantee a rescheduled session, even in case of emergencies.
•Sessions are first come, first serve and will not be reserved until the booking retainer has been paid. If there is no payment within 24 hours after booking, your time may be opened again for public booking.

Your children will have the opportunity to interact with Santa, tell him their Christmas wishes, and capture special individual and family photos together.
After their Santa experience, your kiddos will have a holiday-themed craft to create and take home with them!
To top off the experience, each child will receive a surprise Christmas gift to unwrap on their way home!
After the event, parents will receive a digital proof gallery where they can choose 3 images to be fully edited, with the option to purchase additional images if desired. Your final gallery will be delivered within 7 days, just in time to order those Christmas cards!
